The day started with a hearty breakfast of Belgium Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream with sausage. Then we grab our swimsuits and headed to our first adventure. We were headed to Discover Scuba Diving. I will tell you after watching the training video I was having second thoughts but I knew that if I bailed Zachary will bail so I stuck it out! I am soooooooooo glad I did. First then donned us in our outfits and put us in the water. Next they went over all the techniques including using our regulator for breathing and out buoyance packs. They lead us into the pool and allowed us to practice. Well in the beginning I was very clumsy with my flippers. But I persisted. By the end I sat at the bottom and our whole group had our picture taken with Santa in the bottom of the pool.....Can't wait til those pictures come in a couple of weeks. After leaving the scuba we headed back to the campground for a delicious lunch of Turkey sandwiches and chips. We were feeling ambitious and we decided to go try the pedal bikes. We rode all around the campground. The problem was it was 85 and humid! We came back to the campsite and everyone showered. The whole King family did homework for about an hour. We had delicious hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner with bbq beans and corn on the cob. Followed by strawberry shortcake for dessert. Campfire followed. Boy I am tired! Can't wait for tomorrows adventures. Question of the day - there is a paddlewheel boat that sails on Lake George. What is its name?
